Our association is led by a dedicated team of alumni who are passionate about giving back to YABATECH and its community. Meet our leadership team:

Bldr. Yemi Osibajo

President

Bldr. Oladimeji Olayemi Osibajo is a veteran civil engineer, builder, and business leader with over four decades of experience in infrastructure development, real estate, and organizational leadership. He is the President of the Yaba College of Technology Alumni Association and CEO of Orshay Limited and Almedia International.

A graduate of YabaTech with further training in India and certifications in advertising and quality management, he has led major engineering projects with Julius Berger, Ajaokuta Steel Plant, and the Eleganza Group. He also served as Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), contributing to the development of the National Building Code.

Through his 5-point transformation agenda, Bldr. Osibajo is driving innovation, professional growth, and national integration within the alumni network and beyond. His vision is to empower a new generation of Nigerian professionals to compete globally through technology, capacity building, and strategic collaboration.

Osiniyi Osibemekun

1st Vice President

FCA and HND Accounting graduate (1987) with a distinguished career as former Chief Accountant at Panalpina Nigeria. Currently serves as an Apex Political Leader in the All Progressives Congress (APC), contributing to strategic party leadership and grassroots development.

Babaseinde Okuyiga

General Secretary

Babaseinde is a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Yaba College of Technology, with a postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity from the American University of Technology. He further enhanced his IT expertise at Computer Warehouse Group Academy and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). With broad experience across IT implementation and data center operations, he currently serves as the Acting Head of IT at Refuge Mortgage Bank.

Adebayo Oladipupo Joseph

3rd Asst. General Secretary

A motivated and vibrant environmentalist with a strong passion for positive societal impact and organizational growth. Teachable and eager to learn, with a commitment to leveraging and expanding existing experience in support of corporate objectives. A Biological Science graduate from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, and former Welfare Director of the National Association of Science Students (Yabatech Chapter), with proven skills in leadership, environmental sustainability, and organizational management.

Oluwatosin Dotun Orisabiyi

Treasurer

Graduated from YCT Accountancy Department in 1989. Lead Consultant-TOD Consult. Audit, Tax, Consultancy & Accountancy Services.

Bldr. Zainab Salami Ashalejo

Asst. Treasurer

She is a CORBON Registered Builder and Corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB). She is with the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC).

Oguntomiluyi Olatunde John

Publicity Secretary

Olatunde John Oguntomiluyi is a youth teacher, creative consultant, author, and team lead at HOTC Innovation Ltd. He has worked with organizations like the Lagos State House of Assembly, African Leadership Forum, and Make Poverty History Nigeria, promoting creative solutions and youth development. A past winner of Most Innovative Student (LASU, 2010/2011), he currently serves as National PRO of the Yaba College of Technology Alumni Association, PR Consultant to BrandRus Events, and Project Manager for the African Youth Diplomatic Forum, Lagos. His notable works include Memories, Compendium of Wisdom Nuggets, and My Life in Christ.

Uzoma C. Samuel

Uzoma C. Samuel, is a Computer Science graduate from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology. During my time on campus, I served in several leadership roles, including President of the National Association of Computing Students (NACOS), Yabatech Chapter, and Senator at the Students' Union Government (SUG), Yabatech.
